What we do
NEI is a unique company providing both procurement services and parts distribution of OEM and Aftermarket parts for commercial and military vehicle fleets. What makes NEI so unique is that we not only focus on the supply of our diverse product line but more importantly on HOW we do so.
The combination of supplying a wide range of parts and supplies at competitive prices and providing our customers with an efficient program for managing procurement is our core competency. We make buying parts as easy as possible, allowing for our customers to place more emphasis on their job of maintaining vehicles.
Proven Track Record
For over 20 years, NEI has successfully served military bases and contractors over the web, shipping to locations all over the world. NEI has a proven track record of performance and receives numerous testimonials resulting in a solid reputation. NEI currently holds contracts with the United States Air Force to supply the wartime fighter with a reliable one-stop parts source to help keep the fleet operational. NEI also serves all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces globally, shipping parts to fleets in Europe, Asia, Southwest Asia, Central America, and domestically in the United States. NEI supplies parts for passenger cars and trucks, medium and heavy duty trucks and buses, construction and agricultural equipment, material handling equipment, specialized military vehicles, and MRO supplies.
Our experienced staff is fluent in all aspects of the parts procurement process of vehicle maintenance units of the U.S. Armed Forces. In 1996, we began offering web-based purchasing systems directly to vehicle maintenance units and these systems have evolved, integrating and automating much of our internal processes with our customer driven web-based systems. Each upgrade we make is based on extensive experience and customer feedback. Our online systems are jointly developed by our company and our customers. Due to developing our programs in-house, we are able to rapidly respond to the changing needs of our customers.
NEI offers our programs FREE which are very easy to use and require little to no training. Our programs feature valuable functions to help streamline the parts purchasing process and manage vital information for maintaining fleets.
